THE SHORT VERSION
The grand prize is a 5-year supply of Instant Hydration electrolytes, which consists of 60 boxes containing 30 servings each. One entry is earned for every box purchased. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. resident. This offer applies to any purchases made during the giveaway period and is void where prohibited. Entry implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below.

Promotion Details:
As part of our November and December promotion, 30-serving boxes of Instant Hydration are available at a discounted price of $35.75. Supplies are limited, and Instant Hydration reserves the right to cancel orders that exceed purchase limits. Pricing may change at any time, and this deal is available for a limited duration. Instant Hydration reserves the right to terminate the promotion at its discretion.
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open exclusively to U.S. residents who are 18 years or older as of the entry date.
Sponsor:
This giveaway is sponsored by Instant Hydration, headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Agreement to Terms:
By entering, participants fully agree to these official rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are binding and final. Eligibility for the prize is contingent upon meeting all requirements stated in these rules.
Entry Period:
The giveaway runs from November 19, 2024 (12:00 AM) through January 1, 2025 (12:00 AM). Entries submitted outside this time frame are invalid.
How to Enter:
To enter, new subscribers must purchase the “Black Friday Offer” during the promotion period. This special offers a subscription discount of up to 35%. Each 30-serving box purchased counts as one entry into the giveaway.
Prize Details:
One (1) winner will receive a 5-year supply of Instant Hydration Premium Electrolytes. This prize includes 60 30-serving boxes of the drink mix, delivered semi-annually over 10 years (January and June). The total quantity will not exceed the stated amount.
Winner Selection and Notification:
A random drawing will determine the winner from all eligible entries. Instant Hydration will conduct the drawing, and its decisions are final. The winner will be contacted by phone and email on January 8, 2025.
General Conditions:
If the giveaway’s administration or security is compromised in any way, the Sponsor may:
(a) temporarily suspend the giveaway to address the issue and resume later, or
(b) award the prize from entries collected before the disruption.
The Sponsor may disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process, violating the rules, or engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior.
Release of Liability:
By entering, participants release the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, agents, and employees from liability for any claims or damages arising from participation or prize use.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes or claims related to the giveaway must be resolved individually, without class action, through the appropriate courts in Texas.
Privacy Policy:
Entrants’ information will be handled in accordance with Instant Hydration's privacy policy.

The giveaway is sponsored by Instant Hydration and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third parties. Void where prohibited.
