So happy I tried the cotton candy flavor, it is definitely one of my favorites! It has a nice subtle flavor. I can tell the difference since I started drinking Instant Hydration last week and will definitely restock cotton candy in the future.

I got the big ol' sampler pack and I'm not disappointed with any of the flavors, and I'm happy that they aren't sweet like Liquid IV. They are a little grainy and don't mix as well as their sugary counterparts but it's not terrible. The last sip is a little salty, but it is, in fact, a sal gris additive, so ... that tracks.

I am really loving this Instant Hydration. I am 58 years old , I have been dehydrated most of my life actually even as a child I got dehydrated very very easy and was hospitalized for it .
