1. The Sweepstakes

The Instant Hydration 12-Days of Hydration Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is subject to these Official Rules and to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.  Void in Puerto Rico, United States possessions and territories, all jurisdictions not listed herein, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Instant Hydration, headquartered in Austin, TX.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.  Void where prohibited.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway will begin at 8:00 AM Pacific Time on December 9, 2025, and ends at 7:59 AM Pacific Time on December 10, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

5. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, to enter:

a. Visit instanthydration.com and make a purchase during the Entry Period (e.g., automatic entry with purchase), or

b. To enter without making a purchase, fill out the form above (on the Terms & Conditions page) 0 (e.g. free alternative method of entry (“AMOE”) – no purchase necessary). One entry per day will be counted per day.

No additional action is required. 

6. Entry Limits

Limit to one (1) entry per person and per household during the Entry Period.  Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to the entrant.  Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries, including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot, or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may be blocked.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

On or shortly after December 11, 2025, Instant Hydration will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selection will be conducted using a randomized process.

Selected winners will be notified by email using the contact information associated with their qualifying order. Prizes will be automatically shipped to the winner’s shipping address on file within approximately ten (10) business days of notification. No response is required to claim the prize.

8. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor will cover all shipping and handling costs associated with delivering the prizes to each winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to: cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway or any portion thereof, if fraud, technical failures or issues, or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise or impair the integrity of the g=Giveaway; and/or disqualify any individual who tampers with entry processes or violates these Official Rules. All decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding.

If the Giveaway is cancelled, the Sponsor may award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

10.  Release of Liability

By participating, entrants of the Giveaway release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

11.  Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize the winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, entry information, and/or prize information for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

12.  Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to the Giveaway must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

One (1) winner per Entry Period will receive a one (1) year supply of Instant Hydration equaling twelve (12) thirty (30) county boxes of Instant Hydration (equivalent to a full year of Instant Hydration under typical usage) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $660.00 USD (based on the MSRP of $55.00 USD per thirty (30) count box) (the “Prize”).

The prize will be delivered in the form of a prepaid subscription. The winner will receive instructions via email on how the prepaid subscription will be applied.  The prepaid subscription will automatically cover the price of the twelve (12) shipments (or equivalent) of the Prize, including the costs of the Prize, shipping, and any applicable taxes or fees, with no additional cost, purchase, or payment required from the winner to redeem the Prize.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Within 10 days after the end of the Entry Period, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select one (1) winner.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  The selection will be conducted using a randomized process.

The selected winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within ten (10) days of the date of email notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that time frame, fails to meet eligibility requirements, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.  Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address of any entrant(s) and/or winner(s).

For each potential winner, if Sponsor is unable to successfully identify a qualified potential winner after Sponsor has attempted to notify five (5) potential winners, Sponsor may elect not to award the corresponding prize.  Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to winner selection.
