    Delicious & Packed with Nutrients!

    I have several chronic illnesses (migraine/headaches & chronic fatigue being the most debilitating), and I struggle to get in all the electrolytes that my body needs to function the best it can. I've tried several drink packets - LMNT, LiquidIV, BodyArmor, and a few others, and Instant Hydration is. now my favorite. I've only tried the Paloma flavor so far, but it's delicious. I really hope this flavor sticks around for good - the perfect mix of grapefruit and lime flavors. It's not too salty, while still being very refreshing and hydrating. I LOVE the ingredients and the high quality salt used, rather than the table salt that most other brands use. They're a tad pricey for me, but I appreciate the quality of the product and the mission behind them. Will definitely be using Instant Hydration for the foreseeable future!

    I really enjoy the orange flavor… it’s salty, but in a perfect way! I cannot drink sweet drinks. I much prefer savory… I know quality sea salt is healthy and your product has just the right balance of savory and sweet.
