    I initially bought Instant hydration because I was lacking energy and could tell my body just needed something more. I have had their product for about a month now and I have noticed a Huge difference. I went from drinking 3 cups of coffee a day to 1 sometimes none. My energy levels are up, I feel happier and overall just feel better. I also take their great vitamin D+K every morning with a cup of Instant! I highly recommend.
