Sponsor: This Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Instant Hydration ("Sponsor").
Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who complete the entry requirements at: https://instanthydration.com/pages/max-holloway-giveaway and participate in the Instant Hydration Instagram giveaway post.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Instant Hydration, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and each of their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Agreement to Official Rules:
By entering this Sweepstakes, you ("Entrant") agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Any questions regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed solely to the Sponsor.
Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins July 2, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. PDT and ends July 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PDT ("Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter:
To enter:
- Complete the entry form located at: https://instanthydration.com/pages/max-holloway-giveaway
- Complete the required actions outlined in the Instant Hydration Instagram giveaway post.
- Pass any verification requirements (including email verification or fraud screening) established by the Sponsor.
Entries must comply with all requirements outlined in these Official Rules.
Incomplete entries or entries that fail to follow the rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
You may not enter using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules.
Any fraudulent activity may result in immediate disqualification.
Prizes:
Ten (10) winners will each receive:
- One (1) signed pair of Max Holloway fight gloves
- One (1) year's supply of Max Holloway's Passionfruit Orange Guava Instant Hydration
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") will be determined by the Sponsor.
No cash substitutions will be permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor.
Winners will be notified within ten (10) days following the drawing.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within ten (10) days, or fails to complete any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Rights Granted by Entrants:
By submitting content (including photos, videos, or text), you grant the Sponsor and its designees the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, edit, and otherwise use your entry, name, likeness, voice, image, and statements for advertising, promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.
You further represent and warrant that your submission is your original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Terms & Conditions:
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Attempts to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability:
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Instant Hydration, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability arising from:
- Participation in the Sweepstakes
- Acceptance, possession, or use of any prize
- Technical failures
- Unauthorized human intervention
- Printing errors
- Lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries
- Any other errors related to administration of the Sweepstakes
Disputes: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state law of Delaware, designated by the Sponsor.
Legal: By entering, participants waive the right to participate in any class action and agree that disputes shall be resolved individually. Participants further waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses.
Winners List:
To request a copy of the winners list, please contact the Sponsor within two (2) weeks following the conclusion of the Entry Period.
