Promo Overview:
The Instant Hydration “50 Refund Flash Sale” is a limited-time promotional event in which 50 customers will be randomly selected to receive a 100% refund on their qualifying purchase. The giveaway is open to anyone who makes a qualifying purchase during the flash sale period.
Promotion Dates:
The 50 Refund Flash Sale begins on April 18, 2025 and ends on April 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Only purchases made within this time frame are eligible for entry and refund consideration.
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of purchase.

This promotion is sponsored by Instant Hydration, headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Agreement to Rules:
By participating in this promotion, you fully accept and agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Promotion Window:
The flash sale begins and ends on dates specified by Instant Hydration. Only purchases made within the official flash sale window are eligible.
How It Works:
Customers who place an order during the flash sale are automatically entered. Winners are selected at random using a random number generator. A total of fifty (50) qualifying customers will be refunded the full value of their order. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Prize Details:
Each winner will receive a full refund for the order they placed during the flash sale. The maximum number of refunded winners is fifty (50). No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.
Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners are selected in real-time, via a random number generator, as qualifying orders are placed. Refunds are processed immediately, and winners will be notified via email or order confirmation.
General Conditions:
If the integrity or security of the promotion is compromised, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion and/or disqualify anyone violating the rules.
Release of Liability:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Instant Hydration, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of participation or refund processing.
Disputes:
Any disputes arising from this promotion must be resolved individually in the courts of Texas and will not be subject to class action.
